Leeds Equity Partners and Campus Management Announce Acquisition of Hobson’s CRM and Application Management Software Business and Related Assets
Leeds Equity Partners–backed portfolio company acquires leading student lifecycle management software business
New York, USA — September 28, 2017. Higher education software provider Campus Management Corp. (“Campus Management”), a Leeds Equity Partners portfolio company, announced today that it has acquired the constituent relationship management (“CRM”) and application management software business of Hobsons, Inc. The acquired product portfolio consists of the Radius, AppReview, ApplyYourself, Connect and Retain product lines that serve the higher education market. The transaction, announced and completed by the companies today, represents the third acquisition by Campus Management under Leeds Equity’s ownership. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
