Leeds Equity Partners Completes Sale of Fulcrum Financial Data to Fitch Group

Knowledge Industries focused private equity firm closes sale of leading provider of global credit research, data analytics and news

New York, USA — July 10, 2018.  Leeds Equity Partners, LLC (“Leeds Equity”), the New York-based private equity fund focused exclusively on investing in the Knowledge Industries, announced today the completion of the sale of Fulcrum Financial Data, LLC (“Fulcrum” or the “Company”) to Fitch Group.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Houlihan Lokey, Inc. served as financial advisor and Goodwin Procter LLP served as legal counsel to Fulcrum.
