Campus Labs, a Portfolio Company of Leeds Equity Partners, Completes Acquisition of CoursEval
Leeds Equity Partners-backed portfolio company acquires leading provider of online course and instructor evaluation software for higher education institutions
New York, USA — September 28, 2017. Campus Labs, Inc., a subsidiary of EdCentric, Inc. and a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Academic Management Systems, LLC (“CourseEval” or the “Company”), a provider of online course evaluation software used by higher education institutions to assess faculty and course performance. The Company is based in Buffalo, NY and currently serves more than 300 higher education institutions.
CoursEval represents the fourth acquisition for Edcentric, a Leeds Equity portfolio company providing planning, assessment, engagement and fundraising software to education institutions.
